I am planning on launching an e-commerce business. Myself, along with a couple of partners, have developed a pretty unique logo design (currently working on the trademark). We plan on putting the logo on various product types. The plan is to set up the logo design with a manufacturer/s. I understand that there will be upfront costs to setting up the "screen" with the manufacturer. Once an order is placed on the website, the order will be pushed to the manufacturer, they will produce it, and ship it to the customer.

I am a speculative building contractor, I seek to purchase existing property and refurbish it to code requirements, not just clean, paint, carpet and (buyer be ware). I am also a disabled veteran contractor, with this idea of seeking out how many disabled people, veterans, are seeking homes that meet the Universal Design criteria. There have been lots of smaller homes that are foreclosed and would like to have a better idea of the market for Universal Design needs here.

I am a 50% service connected veteran with 35 years experience in this field. The current owners would like to sell the existing business to me. The sale will include $60,000 for the business, $65,000 in existing inventory and machinery, accounts receivables of $48,000, accounts payable of $40,000 and all existing contracts with the Medicare/Medicaid contract numbers. Need to purchase software package to update electronic billing system, which will shorten payment of accounts receivables. Reevaluate the present marketing program to increase physician referrals.
