I'm an African American Disabled Veteran with a mixture of white, black, and Cherokee Indian heritage. I'm trying to locate all funding opportunities available to me in constructing a facility that will be used to provide purchasable live work lofts to veterans and giving them a percentage of their mortgage back for the first five years to ensure the success of the veterans' business.

I have a project that I'm trying to write a business plan for that requires the purchase of land and construction of the facilities. How do I go about making sure I request the appropriate amount of funding if I haven't acquired the land yet because I'm wanting to use available resources to acquire the land and build the facilities?

I want to get into buisiness but not sure what type.I'm 80% disabled veteran. are there any companies out there that seek disabled vets for joint ventures or partnerships that i can contact?
