I have used the SBA DB but a majority of the contacts are either gone or otherwise unavailable (wrong contacts, no one knows status of, etc.). It is badly in need of maintenance.

I have found the ubiquitous trade fairs to be expensive, time consuming and relatively poor channels for developing fruitful business contacts.

As both a SDVOSB and HubZone company I should be generating more leads than I am. Does anyone have any resources I can utilize?

I am a service-disabled vet looking to work with area IT consulting companies to help them get into more Federal contracts by leveraging the "not less than 3 percent of the total value" provision of the Veterans Entrepreneurship and Small Biz Act of 1999. What (if any) are the requirements to establish my eligibility for this? Do I need to be GSA approved? Do I need to have been in business for a certain length of time? Where can I find more details about how to get up and going on this?

Does anyone keep statistics on the Veteran populations by state. I'm interested in Pennsylvania data.
