How should I franchise my service company?

I own >51% of a profitable hi-tech service service. I'm planning to craft this experienced unique team into cloneing competent people as regionally franchised leaders, delivering the same or better quality safety services to new clients in more distant locations.

I'd start with researching FTC rules for franchising and state regulations. The IFA is a good source of information
