I don't know of anything special but I suggest you tie in employment and self-employment as you design your special niche of reintegration. One Foundation to research before you complete your business plan is the McCormick Foundation .

You should also review how the DOL VWIP grant is deployed in your state and coordinate with VA Voc Rehab, DAV and others so as not to overlap
