Good comment, SBA does not answer the phone it is a recording and they don't return calls at lease not here in Houston, TX.

The Small Business Administration, and it's affiliate the Small Business Development Center, also SCORE can help you, free.

For the internet you are most likely going to need an attorney that has knowledge of intellectual property issues.

For some basic info do a Google search using the term - wikipedia trademarks. Wikipedia has a lot of information on that page to get you started. Pay attention to - service marks.

I further suggest that you research - creative commons.
