The nicest part of this business is that you will use very little of your own money. You will learn how to use "Other Peoples Money (OPM)". There is a lot of help out there. So good credit, bad credit, bankruptcy is no problem Being a real estate investor get you to where you want to be.

Remember "Honesty" will bring you success, and once you reach it remember how you got there and help someone else become successful
