Should I join other social networks for small business?

If by "partners" you mean financial partners, that is very involved. If, however, you are wanting to establish connections, both sites you mentioned are vehicles for that. Social networking is a way to advertise your business. Keep in mind that many of the people you connect with are posting to further their business, and ALWAYS remember that when you post something it's there to stay. THINK BEFORE YOU POST
