Unfortunately,up to $150k, even though you qualify for a SBA Patriot Express Loan which doesn't technically require collateral, lenders who rely on the SBA guarantee are still looking for as much collateral as they can find. You have to find the lender who requires the least amount. If you have equipment, a house with some equity or, if not, the possibility of a co-signer that does, we would suggest exploring the loan process with an entity like U.S. Bank. Definitely explore what happening in your local lending market with the closest SBDC. Be right up front about your financial status to avoid frustration.
