There used to be a listing of all Patriot Express lenders on the SBA website but I don't see it anymore. Basically, the Patriot Express Program is part of SBA 7a lending program so you call a bank direct and ask if they are SBA lenders first and then if they handle the Patriot Program.
After locating the nearest office of the Small Business Administration near you, from the following resource, you'll ask the office to provide you a list of "Certified Development Corporations" (CDCs) they work with. The CDC acts as in interface between you and lenders. As you might imagine, "everybody's got an idea for business," so it is the unwritten job of the CDC to somewhat prequalify you.
