For funding in CA, check out US Bank or Wells Fargo which both make Patriot Express Loans or you can also pre-qualify at www.superiorfg.com. On business planning go to SCORE.org and ask you business planning questions; you can ask five a day; on tax stuff, the IRS has free resources to but it might not be easy or quick.
